Manila to Osaka
- JQ 80 (Sun/Wed/Fri) - Departs MNL 12:20am, arrives KIX 5:30am.
- JQ 763 (Sat/Sun/Mon/Fri) - Departs MNL 6:55am, arrives KIX 11:50am.

Osaka to Manila
- JQ 81 (Sat/Tue/Thu) - Departs KIX 8:35pm, arrives MNL 11:40pm.
- JQ 764 (Sat/Sun/Mon/Fri) - Departs KIX 12:50pm, arrives MNL 4:05pm.

  

Manila to Osaka
- PR 408 (daily) - Departs MNL 2:05pm, arrives KIX 7:05pm.

Osaka to Manila
- PR 407 (daily) - Departs KIX 9:55am, arrives MNL 12:55pm.

Manila to Osaka
- 5J 828 (Sat/Sun/Tue/Wed/Thu) - Departs MNL 3:05pm, arrives KIX 7:55pm.

Osaka to Manila
- 5J 827 (Sat/Sun/Tue/Wed/Thu) - Departs KIX 8:40pm, arrives MNL 11:45pm.
